At Notting Hill Equine, we are committed to delivering a premium experience from browse to barn. We stand behind every product in our collection and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at returns@nottinghillequine.com and we will make it right — no return necessary. In these cases, we will offer a full replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom & Bulk Orders

All custom orders — including personalized, embroidered, or made-to-order items — and bulk orders of 5 or more units are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. We encourage you to review all customization details carefully before placing your order, as changes cannot be accommodated once production has begun.

As a small, curated equestrian boutique, we do not accept returns or exchanges on standard items received in their described condition. We encourage you to review product details, sizing guides, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Our team is always happy to answer questions before you buy.
