  • Please note that processing begins after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or personalized items may take longer; estimated processing times will be provided at checkout.

  • We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

    • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

    • International (EU / other): 7–21 business days

Please note: These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, or holidays.

    • Weight / size of package

  • Notting Hill Equine ships worldwide, including the European Union.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • We provide customs documentation for international shipments as required.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Notting Hill Equine is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once shipped.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at shipping@nottinghillequine.com so we can assist you with carrier claims.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Notting Hill Equine is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
