Description
The Barn Jacket is for the hours before the sun is useful. Eight heating zones cover the collar, lower front, shoulders, mid-back and lower back, the same layout as the Warm Up Vest, so the two work as a pair: the jacket for the coldest mornings, the vest once the day warms up.
The hood zips off, so it stays on for the walk to the barn and comes off before you get on. Elastic cuffs and hem hold the heat in. One button on the chest cycles through three heat settings, powered by a standard USB power bank.
The quilting keeps the profile clean, and the jacket is machine washable once the power bank is disconnected.

Sizes are US women's. Order your usual size. Men, use the men's column. The jacket is cut about 4–6 inches larger than the body measurement shown, which leaves room for a sweater or fleece underneath.

The cut is unisex, so the shoulders sit slightly relaxed on a smaller frame. On petite riders the sleeves may run about an inch long; the elastic cuffs keep them in place. The size tag inside matches the size you order. Between sizes? Size up if you'll wear a heavy fleece underneath, otherwise stay with your usual size. Measurements may vary by up to 1 inch.

What size should I order?
Your usual US women's size. Men, use the men's column in the size guide. If you're unsure, measure your chest and match it to "Fits body chest."
Is a power bank included?
No. Any standard USB power bank with a 5V/2A output works. A 10,000mAh bank is the usual choice.
Can I ride in it?
Yes, with the hood zipped off. A hood bunches under a helmet and can catch, so take it off before you mount.
Jacket or vest?
The jacket for the coldest mornings and outdoor chores, the vest for layering and riding once the day warms up. They share the same heating layout.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Disconnect and remove the power bank, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. No bleach or fabric softener. Do not iron over the heating panels or dry clean. Tumble dry low or hang to dry, and make sure it is fully dry before reconnecting.
