The Fabric

The 57/43 cotton-polyester lightweight pique hits the right balance for a garment you'll actually reach for. Cotton keeps it soft and breathable through long shifts and warm days; polyester adds the structure and moisture-wicking performance that stops you feeling it by mid-afternoon. At 4.3 oz/yd² it sits firmly in lightweight territory — present without weight, polished without effort. The Fit

The slightly forward shoulder placement shifts the seam toward the front of the arm, which creates a cleaner line across the back and opens up more freedom of movement through the shoulders — relevant whether you're reaching across a desk or tacking up. Notched sleeve cuffs give the short sleeve a finished, intentional look rather than a raw hem. The rounded drop-tail hem sits longer at the back than the front, so it stays tucked in when you need it to and looks deliberate when it doesn't. Five-button placket with dyed-to-match buttons keeps the front uninterrupted and clean. The self-fabric anti-curl collar holds its shape through a full day without going soft or flaring out at the tips.

Built on the Port Authority LK830 — a women's-specific cut that addresses the fit issues that make standard unisex polos frustrating. The slightly forward shoulder seam moves the construction point away from the top of the shoulder and toward the front of the arm, which eliminates the pulling and bunching across the upper back that happens when a straight-shouldered polo is worn on a female frame. Notched sleeve cuffs give the short sleeve a clean, finished edge rather than a plain hem cut. The rounded drop-tail hem sits approximately half an inch longer at the back than the front — enough to stay tucked through a full range of motion without bunching at the waist when worn untucked.

The five-button placket runs longer than a standard three-button polo, keeping the front line structured and professional through the chest without gaping. Dyed-to-match buttons mean no contrasting hardware breaking the placket line. The self-fabric collar is built with a collar stand that holds the collar upright and prevents the curl and droop that develops in cheaper pique collars after repeated washing.
