The work that makes you a better rider mostly happens off the horse. The Flat Work Band brings targeted resistance training to the hip flexors, glutes, and core — the muscle groups that determine how you sit, how you follow, and how long you can do it.
Available in four resistance levels — light, medium, heavy, and extra heavy — each color-coded for easy identification. Natural latex construction provides smooth, even resistance across the full range of motion. 12 inches wide for stability through lateral and rotational movements.
